Scholarship Description

The Ivy Centennial Foundation awards scholarships in two categories to deserving high school Seniors each year. The award is provided upon evidence of enrollment in either category 1 or category 2 institutions.

  • Category 1: Evidence of enrollment in College/University that offers a bachelor’s degree.
  • Category 2: Evidence of enrollment in a trade or educational entity that offers training and Certification in technical, specialty fields or journey man trades.

Eligibility Criteria

Category 1

  1. Be a United States citizen
  2. Be a graduating high school senior attending a high school in Los Angeles County
  3. Have a minimum 3.0 GPA
  4. Have completed community service hours within the previous three years
  5. Have demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by participation in extracurricular activities
  6. All scholarship materials must be received no later than Sunday, April 24th
  7. Must be available to attend a virtual interview in early May (semi-finalists only)

Category 2

  1. Be a United States citizen
  2. Be a graduating high school senior attending a high school in Los Angeles County
  3. Have a minimum 2.5 GPA
  4. Have completed community service hours within the previous three years
  5. Have demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by participation in extracurricular activities
  6. All scholarship materials must be received no later than Sunday, April 24th
  7. Must be available to attend a virtual interview in early May (semi-finalists only)

The scholarships and awards will provide financial assistance in obtaining a post high school college degree or certification. ICF will provide awards for students enrolled in an accredited trade or certification program. Scholarships and awards will be provided upon receipt of evidence of enrollment in a four-year college/universityor an accredited trade program.
