Scholarship Description

To be eligible for the Indiana Donor Network Foundation Scholarship, applicants must: be a high school senior, college or technical student who will be applying for or attending in a full or part time status; and be a family member of an Indiana organ/tissue donor, transplant recipient or transplant candidate (a relative is defined as any person who is related by blood or marriage, or whose relationships are similar to that of persons who are related by blood or marriage, specifically including spouses, parents, children, grandparents, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins). Non-traditional students are encouraged to apply, as there is no age limit. Applicants must have a 2.0 GPA. Dollar amounts for the scholarship will vary.

The Indiana Donor Network Foundation scholarship fund was established to fund scholarships for immediate family members of Indiana organ and tissue donors, as well as living organ donors, transplant recipients, people waiting for lifesaving organs and their immediate family members. Those selected as scholarship recipients often help further public education about organ and tissue donation and transplantation.
