The Kalamazoo Promise offers full tuition and fees for Kalamazoo public school graduates
who attend a state school in Michigan.

Annually, one hundred $2,000 scholarships go to first-generation college students
graduating from Bay City public schools who attend Delta College or Saginaw Valley
State University.

The Gerber Foundation Dan Gerber Sr. Medallion Scholarship is a competitive scholarship
program established to recognize and honor academic excellence among graduating
seniors from each of the five school districts in Newaygo County, Michigan.

The Michigan Nursing Scholarship is a non-need based award available to Michigan
residents enrolled at least half time at an eligible institution in a program leading
to a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN),
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN). Students
will be selected for scholarship awards by their college or university financial
aid office. Scholarship awards are for $4,000 per academic year for full-time students,
but cannot exceed the cost of attendance minus other grants and scholarships.

You may apply for the Grand Rapids Community Foundation Michigan College Scholarship
if you:
- Are a full-time student attending a Michigan college other than Aquinas College,
Calvin College, Cornerstone College, Davenport College, Grand Rapids Community College,
Grand Valley State University, or Kendall College of Art and Design
- Have a 3.0 minimum grade point average
- Have a 3-year minimum Michigan residency

The Michigan Promise provides scholarship awards of up to $4,000 for Michigan residents
who successfully complete the first two years of college with a GPA of 2.5 or above.
Applicants must take the MME (Michigan Merit Exam) to qualify. Students who achieve
satisfactory scores on the MME are eligible to receive the first half of their award
in two $1,000 payments during the first two years of their college education and
then receive the last half upon completion of all Michigan Promise scholarship requirements.
