Alice L. Haltom Educational Fund
The Alice L. Haltom Educational Fund exists for students who are citizens of the U.S., Canada or Mexico and are actively pursuing an education for a career in information and records management. The maximum award for students in an associate degree program is $1,000. The maximum award for a student in a bachelor's or advanced degree program is $2,000. The number of scholarships to be awarded per school year shall be determined by the Fund Trustees.
Applicants must submit a completed scholarship application form provided by the Trust Administration which can be found on our website. Three (3) letters of recommendation are required from employers, instructors, or individuals. A copy of the most current, official school transcript must be provided. Applications for the Alice L. Haltom Educational Fund Scholarship must be submitted by May 1st of the year of the funding.
