Dr. Marc Hull Special Education Leadership Scholarship
The Dr. Marc Hull Special Education Leadership Scholarship (sponsored by the Vermont Council of Special Education Administrators) was created in 2005 to honor former Vermont Commissioner of Education Dr. Marc Hull, who dedicated his professional career to creating equitable learning opportunities for people with disabilities.
Eligibility:
- Attend an accredited post-secondary school approved for federal Title IV funding
- Seek a certificate or license in special education administration
- Enroll at least quarter-time (minimum 3 credits/semester)
- Demonstrate academic achievement (minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale)
