NFB Educator of Tomorrow Award

Each year at its national convention in July, the NFB gives 30 scholarships to recognize achievement by blind scholars. All applicants for these scholarships must be legally blind in both eyes, must be residing in the United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico, must be pursuing or planning to pursue a full-time, postsecondary course of study in a degree program at a United States institution in the upcoming scholastic year, and must participate in the entire NFB national convention and in all scheduled scholarship program activities.

The National Federation of the Blind Educator of Tomorrow Award is one of these awards, and given annually to a college student planning a career in elementary, secondary, or postsecondary teaching.
