Al Schuman Ecolab Undergraduate Entrepreneurial Scholarship
The National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF) and the Al Schuman Ecolab Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to college students who are accepted or enrolled in a foodservice related program at a select set of colleges.
This scholarship is targeted toward students who demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit through a written essay. Chosen recipients must be highly ambitious, dedicated, innovative, and creative. The recipients must not only have a vision but the skills and plans to realize their vision.
Students must be accepted and enrolled at one of the colleges listed below:
- California State Polytechnic University-Pomona
- Cornell University
- DePaul University
- Johnson & Wales University
- Kendall College
- Lynn University
- Michigan State University
- New York University
- Pennsylvania State University
- Purdue University
- The Culinary Institute of America
- University of Denver
- University of Houston
- University of Nevada, Las Vegas
- University of Massachusetts-Amherst
