KAGRO Foundation Scholarships

The KAGRO Foundation Scholarships are intended to further the spirit of KAGRO Foundation's Commitment to service its members and the communities where they conduct their business.

Objective
============
To promote opportunities for youth in communities serviced by KAGRO members through educational and financial support. It is ultimately hoped that such opportunities will further develop to potential for such youths to be contributing residents of their respective communities.

Eligibility
============
A scholarship applicant must be a resident of California, and must be a full time student in college or university. Graduate students are not eligible. Otherwise, KAGRO Foundation scholarships are open to all eligible applicants regardless of race, sex or national origin.

Minimum Criteria

1. Applicants must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 for the first three years of college and be recommended by their academic advisor.

2. Students must submit 2-3 pages a typewritten essay on the topic:
Educational Goal, Community Service Experience or Activities
