New England Regional Student Program

The New England Regional Student Programs provides residents of New England
(CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT) with a significant out-of-state tuition break when they enroll in approved majors at public colleges and universities in other New England states.

The majors are approved based on their not being offered by in-state colleges and are listed in the annual program catalog, "The Apple Book."
