GRCF Dr. William E. and Norma Sprague Ohio University Scholarship

Student must have a permanent residence in the Michigan counties of Kent, Allegan, Barry, Ionia, Montcalm, Muskegon, Newaygo or in Athens counties in Ohio, and be pursuing a full-time undergraduate or graduate degree at Ohio University. Must have financial need and minimum 3.0 GPA.
